1. Customers who have a TEMPLE REWARDS account are automatically enrolled into the Temple Club Rewards scheme, which is free to join.
2. You can sign into your account and click the ‘TEMPLE REWARDS’ tab to check your points balance at any time.
3. You can redeem your TEMPLE REWARDS points at the checkout during every purchase; these points can be applied to future purchases to get a discount. 5 points = AUD$1

The Birthday Reward is issued automatically once every 12 months, on the day of your birthday (you must have provided a valid date of birth at the time of membership or later in your account page to receive this Reward). If your birthday was prior to providing your date of birth to us, your Birthday Rewards will be issued to your account in the next year.
2. The Temple of Design reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend Temple Rewards or any part of it or at its election, to payout any Rewards or reset 12 Month Spend Balances. The Temple of Design will notify its Members of any such cancellation, modification, or suspension no later than 14 days prior to any such action being taken by giving written notice (via email) to its Members.
3. Membership of Temple Rewards is open to individuals who are 18 years or older with a valid and unique email address.
4. At any time, Members may only have one Temple Rewards membership account. Members may not transfer their membership or rewards points to another person or club member
5. We reserve the absolute right to modify, refuse or cancel a Member's membership to Temple Rewards at its absolute discretion by giving written notice (via email) to the Member no later than 14 days prior to the date on which such modification, refusal or cancellation is to take.
6. A Member may cancel their membership at any time by contacting us HERE.
7. Upon cancellation of an individual's membership all Membership Points and Rewards linked to that individual's Member Account will be forfeited immediately.
8. Rewards will be issued electronically and linked to the individual's Member Account.
9. We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel or vary Temple Rewards without notice at any time and for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, rewards awarded in error or rewards earned fraudulently.
10. If an online order is canceled for any reason, we may adjust or reverse rewards that were previously awarded to a Member during that transaction.
11. Rewards can only be redeemed in the currency of the Australian Dollar at 100:1.
12. Only Rewards earned from one Membership can be redeemed per transaction.
13. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using rewards.
If a Member returns a purchase for reasons other than that the goods are faulty or incorrectly described:
** Any Reward redeemed or utilized during the purchase will be forfeited;
** Any Reward redeemed or utilized during the original purchase can be honored for an exchange if the exchange takes place on the same day as the return - otherwise, it will be forfeited;
** Any Reward that was earned from the original purchase and is still active will be reversed.
