Orders

As part of our sustainability practises and our commitment to employing local Balinese artisans, we hand-make each garment upon purchase in our own studio.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:

Step 1: Your order is processed and scheduled for production.
Step 2: Your sustainable fabric and materials are checked and then cut to your style and size.
Step 3: Your cut fabric is then allocated to one of our talented seamstresses for sewing.
Step 4: The finishing touches (such as accessories and labels) are added to your garments.
Step 5: Your garments are inspected to ensure they meet our quality control standards.
Step 6:  Your garments are packaged and wrapped, ready to dispatch from our Bali Studio.
Step 7: You will then be provided with shipping confirmation. All orders are allocated a Tracked Shipping Number.

As we hand-make upon order in our own studio, we are able to offer our customers the opportunity to have their garments custom sized prior to adding the them to the shopping cart.

Additional fees apply, and you can customise your garments and view the pricing before placing your order.

Our sustainable fashion ethos means that we hand-make each garment upon receiving your order, here in our Bali studio.

All orders are despatched from Bali, via UPS tracked shipping.

Yes. We craft our brand in-house, and will lovingly produce each of your choices in your style, size, and colour prior to dispatch.

Occasionally, due to COVID restrictions, certain fabric colours may be temporarily delayed or unavailable. Should this occur, we will notify you immediately and provide you with alternative options.

Absolutely. We use Shopify as our payment partner. We do not store your payment details on file.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Yes. If you wish to cancel or modify your order please contact us within 24 hours after you make your purchase.

Your absolute satisfaction is paramount.

Shipping

Yes. If you wish to modify your shipping address please contact uswithin 24 hours after you make your purchase.

We will update your order details as per your instructions.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot amend the shipping address and therefore accept no liability for lost or missing orders.

Most international orders are received within 10-14 days of despatch.

Due to COVID19 restrictions, all orders are currently shipped with UPS directly from Bali.

Delays of up to 10 days can be incurred, which unfortunately, is beyond our control. Many airfreight services have been cancelled and backlogged due to the shortage of global flights. We are constantly adapting to these changes to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.

Additional charges (sales tax, clearance and customs duty) may occur depending on your country of residence. Please check your country's import regulations before you place your order as these charges are at the purchaser's expense. 

Please note that delays due to custom procedures are beyond our control and must be resolved by the purchaser.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and customs policies and import duties can vary widely between countries.

Your order will be dispatched directly from Bali once your garments are hand-made. At present, our preferred shipping partner is UPS.

Once your order is despatched, you will be provided with your tracking number, and we shall also provide regular updates with regard to your order status.

Returns & Refunds

SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless the item is not what was ordered or deemed to be defective or damaged.

We ask that you kindly consider your size and style before committing to a purchase.

This includes any purchases using a discount code as part of a sale promotion. 

In all instances, please CONTACT us for any assistance.

GIFT CARDS

Unfortunately, gift cards are unable to be returned or refunded.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

As we make-to-order we do not accept returns for refunds, however you may exchange any unworn garments for another size, style or colour or request a credit note for a future purchase.

Prior to placing a claim for a refund or exchange, please CONTACT us so as we can assist you in the best possible manner.

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days elapsed since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the original tags attached.

If the item you are returning or exchanging is not incorrect or deemed faulty, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our studio in Bali.

If you choose to return an item that is not defective or damaged (eg. change of size or colour) then you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items to us in Bali. In addition, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs to dispatch your credited item from Bali to your delivery address. We will contact you to arrange for the payment of any additional shipping costs prior to manufacture.

In all instances, your complete satisfaction is our highest priority.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing original packaging/tags cannot be refunded.

Any item that is returned must be posted to us within 30 days from the date you received the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you via email to update you on the situation.

We will also notify you with regard to the approval or rejection of your refund application.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

We shall provide you with a refund receipt, however, we cannot control the number of days it may take for your refund to appear in your account.
